Playing games is fun, but losing your progress isn’t! Version 0.4.0 of Superstore Rush is now available on Shantek.io and it brings a shiny new featured cloud Anonymous Cloud Sync!

So, what does this new feature do?

This new feature allows you to sync your progress to the cloud. You’ll have access to a cloud sync key you can enter on any device when playing Superstore Rush. This will link your device with your cloud save data. This then saves your data to the cloud and also allows you to sync data between devices.

No one likes sharing any personal details when it’s not really needed. I never require any personal information to be shared, this isn’t the goal of cloud sync. Shantek has no way of identifying a user other than their cloud key they have been issued. I enjoy enjoying fun games, and I want that to be your focus too. Play games without the fear of losing your progress or your personal details.

How does it work?

The game will always opt for the most recent data. If you have nothing saved on your device, we’ll pull the latest from cloud sync. If your local data is outdated, the game will do its best to determine what is the most recent data and will override your local save with the most recent data. In cases where the cloud save is more recent, this will be pushed to the server.
